Dunkin' — Restaurant in Kingston

First off, the manager should be FIRED! Went there two days ago. Waited in line at the drive thru for quite a long time. I was the third customer on line. I could not believe how long it was taking. My order was simple. A medium hot coffee with just cream and a blueberry muffin. The person on the other end of the intercom even repeated it back to me... corrrectly I might add I finally got to the window and found out why it was taking so long. I pulled up to the window and waited and waited and waited...... I could see the workers behind the window talking, not working, laughing like it is big joke. Like they are at a slumber party. Finally the girl at the register (chubby, fake red hair) tells me what I ordered. A breakfast sandwich and a large ice coffee. She had it totally WRONG! I politely told her that she was mistaken and repeated what I ordered, a medium hot coffee and a blueberry muffin. How hard could it be?? She tells me how much it would be, I pay, and even gave her a good tip. (My mistake which I will NOT do again). A medium hot coffee with just cream and a blueberry muffin!! How long can that take? She comes back to the window and tries to hand me a large iced coffee!! STILL WRONG! Now I am getting upset. Waited some more while the others are still laughing and joking. FINALLY..... she hands me my coffee, but I was so upset by this time that I pulled away from the windo without my muffin. Needless to say that now I am pissed off. I was not getting back on the drive thru line considering how long that was going to take and so I walked up the window and yelled to the girl (imbecile) that she forgot my muffin and she just stared at me like she didn't know what to do. The guy in the car at the window started to yell at me now because I was interrupting his order (he had to wait a long time too and I can't blame him for being upset at me). So I went around to the front of the place, went inside and yelled at them again about it. They were all like children not knowing what to do next. Finally one of them (so-called manager maybe) comes to the front where I was and threw the muffin AT me. Not to me, but AT me. Needless to say I will NEVER go there again. I have been going to DD for forty years. This one is the WORST one I have ever been to. For anyone thinking of going to this DD, don't do it. By far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve gone to. The kid with the big gaping earring holes has a bad attitude and needs it adjusted. Then the three fat girls just sit there and talk trash about customers.then the manager of Patty well she’s a clown herself. I’ve put in multiple complaints to cooperate about this location with zero response.. stood in line one time for 12 minutes waiting for a medium iced coffee. My sandwiches came out in about two minutes and then waited another 12 for my one coffee and then when I asked about it, I was given an attitude mind you they were pumping out peoples coffees who were standing in line behind me. spend your money at a different...

This place is horrible, they give you attitude when ur making sure they got your order correct, and then once they say they got it right they end up giving you the wrong order. i asked for a medium iced latte with 3 caramel swirls and 1 french vanilla, they gave me a medium iced latte with 4 caramel swirls. i then asked for a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese they gave me a plain bagel with plain cream cheese. it’s not that hard.. i used to work at dunkins as well, it shouldn’t be that hard to get an order right. and this sure isn’t the only time it’s happened at...
