Giovanni's Pizza — Restaurant in Kingston

Tried to leave a FB review and surprise all posts have to be approved which goes to show what kind of people run this place.

Service is horrible. We have had two instances with the same person. First off I ordered for the first time and when I questioned their payment methods (they take cash and check only) the woman hung up on me. The third time I ordered I got home and had the wrong sandwich. We called to get the problem corrected and was yelled at by the same employee that we were wrong and we got what we ordered. This place is not cheap. Every time we have ordered we have spent $50+. Their food is delicious but their service is seriously lacking. They should use the money they charge and hire a friendly face. All their reviews are from long time customers and locals. You know it's bad when even the local dollar store employees complain about their service. Pulled into the back parking lot after a two hour drive with our 2 year old. There was a sign stating a couple specials so we opted for one. Couldn't beat the price for a lg one topping pizza, chips, and a 2 liter for about $16. My bf went in ahead of us to order while I got the baby out of the car. The baby had to use the bathroom so we headed in and went there. After we came out to sit and eat and order a beer and then told we couldnt sit inside because our food was a to go special..... The sign said nothing about it being a carry out special. There were 6 people total in the building but they still wouldn't let us eat in with out two year old. I have had a wonderful experience each time I have ordered from this Giovannis until today. The female that is working the window is a bit on the brutish side. First I received the wrong pizza. I called in and politely told her I received the wrong pizza, after a long silence she unapologetically replied with what do you want me to do about. She asked if I wanted the pizza made or credited? I responded with I can not leave work again, so I will have to take the credit. Her response was I will credit your account and then she abruptly hung up on me.
