Stop feeding bad fish sandwiches to your customers I received the worst case of food poisoning ever from eating your kings Hawaiian fish sandwich I'm barely able to write this to you I'm still so sick! from vomiting, sweating and diarrhea all night since 1 am this morning, I had a bad feeling when I first opened the sandwich and it looked kinda questionable? but I thought well its hot so i may be ok? I was soooo wrong . the sandwich was not fresh for sure it looked reheated and the bun was pressed flat like it was grilled so it had marks on the top of the bun, the lettuce was slimy wilted and the tomatoes were gross I tossed all of that off the sandwich but I should have just tossed out the whole thing Im sorry I didnt! im still paying for that mistake all day! I have never gotten bad food from Arbys ever. However, if I ever did it still wouldn't stop me from going there! Not sure if I just go there at the right time but the staff and their customer service is fantastic. A few weeks ago I was missing just one order of fries from my extremely large order. It's not a big deal so I went back in to just grab some fries. I left with a second order of all the fries I had ordered. They also made them completely fresh just for me. So I left with 4 hot wonderful fries instead of just the one I needed. Took awhile before someone took our order. Then had to repeat over 3x. Drove up to the window and proceeded to ask to repeat the order again then had us drive up to bring our food. After waiting so long the guy brought our food just walked up gave the bag no words and just did not want to be there at all no effort no communication whatsoever. We get our order only to find our sandwiches didn’t even have any meat only cheese, tomato,and lettuce. I understand they are short staffed but there was absolutely no one there, customer service is awful. Hire people that want to work. This crew was pitiful and no effort at all.
