Mariachis Burger House — Restaurant in Kingsville

PLEASE PLEASE do not eat at this place yeah the food is alright but when you’re done eating and about to pay please make sure who ever is taking you’re money or taking your debit/credit card pays attention to what they are doing i had the worst horrible experience I ended up paying up to $82.00 total was $41.00 I ended up paying double the price because the lady was to busy on the phone and my card was still processing and it did get accepted but the lady said it got declined because she took out the card in the middle of the process and she cancelled it and i pay again with a different card and that got accepted I called my bank to make sure I did get back my money the first time but my banker said they have already collected the first time so i went back i told the lady she said i didn’t take your money and I told her she did and she got into a bad mood with me and i was getting upset because she wouldn’t refund me the first time. So what I learned today it was her fault she wouldn’t expect it that it was her fault but it is her fault so never ever going back to this place because they like being rats and taking out of money from people’s pockets from hard working people like you and i i hope people see my message just want to warn anyone who eats...

Stepped in 3/7/22 @ 11:40am right before the lunch crowd when it was only us and 3 other tables. We asked our waitress if breakfast was still available to order and were told no so respectfully we stayed and ordered lunch instead. The lunch rush came in and the dining area was pretty much full when we were practically done with our meals when we noticed 2 tables down from us a couple ordered a breakfast plate with pancakes, eggs, bacon and potatoes, ect. Confused we asked the lady at the register upon paying we were told breakfast was no longer available but the other table had ordered breakfast. The lady explained "I dont make breakfast orders when were busy during lunch." Yet, the entire dining area was full of customers ready to be served lunch and when we explained we had been there longer before the lunch crowd showed up we were told we couldn't order breakfast but the other table during the lunch crowd was allowed to do so. The lady at the register didn't know what to say nor did she apologize either because overall my 10 year old son would have rather had breakfast than lunch. Typically we visit this restaurant every so often because my family is local but this was the final time we'd ever be stepping into...

The burgers here are just to die for. The food is delicious and comforting, The portions are VERY generous, And the pricing is so affordable. I order something different every time because I know everything here is amazing. The staff is also so friendly and caring. You can feel the love in this little restaurant in everything from the tables, the decor, the staff and the food. I took my grandmother to eat here (she is so picky and grouchy) but she loved the chicken fried chicken. The meal was so big she is going to have it for dinner tonight as well. She had a good mood for the rest of the day after eating here. Thank you Mariachis Burger House!!...
