Dairy Oasis — Restaurant in Kinsman Township

Was trying to support local instead of going to dollar general for some late night ice cream. You would have thought I asked the them to do emergency surgery when I ordered. Was a very disrespectful...the girl who actually served us was okay... but the girl making our Sundays was down right rude and kept glaring at us through the window very awkward.. When i asked for extra topping(because she was skimping so bad) and said i would pay for it the girl making it said "what's the problem" ..I really hope she was just having a bad day because I would not wish my experience upon anyone else...

Used to go here once every couple weeks. Good food, but owner/manager is RUDE!!! Always acts like answering the phone is a big inconvenience. Today I called an order in for wings and fries, was told 25 min. Came after 30 min, was told a) they didn't know about my order, then b) 15 more minutes on the wings, then c) the manager herself barked at me and said the girl who answered the phone should have told me 30. Ended up leaving without anything. Not very many places to grab lunch in Kinsman, and this is a place I won't be returning to. I've been burnt by the witchy manager...

Thought I would splurge with a Polar Delight. I ordered the variety called banana split. This had absolutely NO banana. Just a watery mess of artificial flavored syrup making the whole thing maybe cherry flavored. It was so thin I had to drink it, thinner even than a shake. It was so disgusting I pulled over to side of road to call and ask if they forgot the bananas in the banana split polar delight. No apology. Just a snotty response, "oh, that's just the way we make them." Someone needs to figure out that banana-less split is definitely...
