If you’ve not been to Kinston Swirls, what are you waiting for? Get on over there and I have an eye opener for those who’re watching their weight. I’ve been back on Weight Watchers now WW since 2-1-24 and I have a large Dole Whip 2-3 times per week for lunch and it’s on the WW app and I’m down 29 lbs. Dole Whip looks like a soft serve ice cream, but healthy!! My favorites are ALL of them 😉I also love to get them as a twist and they taste great together. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious! We had a cone of soft serve, a chocolate-covered strawberry cup, a caramel sundae, and strawberry shortcake—each one was amazing. The owners are incredibly sweet, and the customer service is top-notch. They also offer a variety of options to accommodate different dietary needs, including dairy-free, lactose-free, gluten-free, cholesterol-free, peanut/tree nut-free, low-calorie, low-fat, kosher, and no sugar added choices. Delicious “food truck, but permanent” ice cream stand with delicious ice cream, unique toppings and sauces, as well as an allergen free creamy concoction called Dole Whip ( multiple flavors offered- we had lime- and with sweetened condensed milk and graham crackers it is key lime pie heaven!).
