Dob-Bros Country Kitchen — Restaurant in Kiskiminetas Township

I’ve gone here a few times and the food was great the service and atmosphere was great the prices were cheap but it seems in the past year or 2 it’s fallen to pieces the last couple times I went in the food was horrendous last time I went the hash browns were way too greasy and bland not even salt added, the ham and cheese add onion omelet which I normally choose was terrible they put a different cheese then what it normally comes with I asked for onions I got 4-5 pieces of diced onions that’s not even a full slice of an onion basically it was a cheese omelet with gross tasting cheese the waitress stepped on my toes and never apologized she didn’t even acknowledge it the whole time she complained about not getting enough tips and how cheap customers are she filled my drink once and only checked on us when she brought out the food speaking of slammed the food on the table so no wonder your not getting tips your service is trash the whole meal I was thirsty and the food tasted bad along with my toast being cold how do u serve cold toast I still gave her a 25% tip but come to think of it I should have just left a penny to get the point across that she was terrible and needs to learn to shut up about not getting enough, customers being cheap etc in front of other customers I wanted to come in have a nice warm quiet meal I came in to a waitress that would not shut up complaining had a barely warm horrible tasting meal that has seemingly double in price since the last time I was there I’d give this place 1 last time but this is strike 2 the next time if this happens I’m...

We drove out from Indiana, PA because my sister had told me how good their food was. The place is right on highway 56 with plenty of parking available. We went in and seated ourselves. After a minute or two, a server came and took our drink orders and gave us menus. The menu isn't super loaded with choices, which I prefer because I find it easier to make a choice when there aren't 300 items to choose from. My bestie and I usually order two different entrees and share them so we can both get to try two different things. We started off with broccoli cheese bites and sunshine sticks (those are sweet potato fries). She also brought us a basket of fresh bread and butter. I ordered pork chops with salad and mashed potatoes. Bestie ordered country fried steak with salad and mashed potatoes.

The broccoli and cheese bites and sunshine sticks were fresh and delicious. The Cherry Pepsi and coffee were good.

What we didn't expect were the country fried steak and mashed potatoes!

That country fried steak is THE best thing I've ever eaten in any restaurant in all my 47 years! It was so crispy on the outside, while the inside melted in my mouth like butter. The mashed potatoes were made from real potatoes and had a buttery, garlicky taste.

We loved it so much we ordered two country fried steak dinners to take home for dinner tonight!

The pork chops weren't bad, but paled in comparison to the country fried steak.

i usually go here and have very good food with a very good waitress. today me my friend and my sister went here like usual and our waitress was a blonde girl will shoulder length hair a pink shirt and blue skinny jeans. we ordered our food and my sister ordered a steak with mashed potatoes and cheesy fries. the waitress goes “ so you want mashed potatoes AND cheesy fries😒” with a lot of attitude and seeming like she was eating to much. every time she would come back to our table she would look at her and say “ anything else” staring at my sister. she then ordered strawberry ice cream cake and so did i she asked me if i wanted a full piece or a half and not my sister she just gave her a full piece of cake. i want her fired for making costumers think they eat too much and giving unnecessary attitude. we love the other workers they’re so sweet but this one was just completely...
