Worst customer service and waste of my hard earned money!!! Saturday late morning/early afternoon it took 55 mins to stand in line (which we were only 8 from the front of the line) to get 1 order of Cinnamon Bites & 1 of Salted Bites. The person on register was clueless, each register had to be restarted a couple times then nothing was ready! Once we finally got the order the Cinnamon Bites weren’t even cooked all the way! About 5 or 6 people behind the counter working Saturday looked like including a manager possibly. Sunday the tournament took longer than expected so the kids wanted a quick bite before we left which was about 5pm or so, we thought to give it one more chance- well again disappointing!
