Upper Deck — Restaurant in Klamath Falls

Horribly unorganized restaurant, told us we were in the way when waiting for a table inside, and then forgot about us when we told them we would wait in the lobby. Took others that came in after us but never came to get us when a table was available. After we were finally seated, the service was very slow and spotty. We asked 3 different wait staff 3 separate times for a single straw for the child’s drink we had already received. The manager Denise was also very rude and abrasive towards a 2 year old child. An older gentleman sitting nearby was also ignored for a long period of time and was not getting the service he deserved. Will not return and will advise friends and family to do the same. The way the staff treats children here is deplorable. I witnessed the incident yesterday (Mother’s Day 2022), and came to see if the family left a review. I’m happy to see they have. Denise acted absolutely inappropriate towards that child, and should be ashamed of herself. The family that Denise harassed were wonderfully polite, and the child she verbally assaulted was well behaved, adorable, and did nothing that warranted being screamed at by a stranger....

Our waitress told us they didn’t have soup or cottage cheese but as I went to the bathroom I saw people eating soup. While I was ordering she didn’t ask me fries or hash browns, or biscuit or bread.
