Isabella's Tex Mex Cafe — Restaurant in Knox City

Good, but nothing worth going out of your way for. My meal arrived first, then she brought my chips and salsa,lol. Not typical. And instead of driving there from out of town, I could have stopped pretty much at ANY Mexican food restaurant and had the exact same thing. If it had MY name on it, I would want it to be SO good that everyone in the area preferred it and would make the drive to get it. I mean it wasn't bad, it was just the same as I could have had, 5 minutes away. If you open up a place, I would think you would try to make it a little more unique to encourage people to WANT to eat there, instead of just eating there because nothing else is open. If I could give 0 stars i would. Shows they are open till 3pm on Sundays. My mother and I arrived at 145pm after she got off work, we had heard great things about this place. To our surprise the door was locked but people were inside eating we stood there then left after a brief time. I proceeded to call the establishment and the girl answered. I asked "are yall open?" She said "yes" then abruptly said "oh we close early on sundays at 2" well this mind you was 1:50pm as I was calling. I said "your website says 3pm?". Dinner was ordered and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Items ordered 3 fish plates (special) and cheese burger with fries. I go in 30 minutes to pick up my order. I waited another 45 minutes until my order was ready. While sitting with friends I noticed other patrons waiting for their order for a good while. You tell patrons your order will be ready in a given time it needs to be ready and not to have us wait around another 45 minutes or longer.
