Hello! My wife and I own Coal Creek Coffee in Rocky Top (Lake City), Tennessee. We use Knoxville Coffee Company and have since our opening in May of 2023. As a local, small business ourselves, we very much enjoy patronizing local small businesses. KCC is no exception. We pride ourselves in offering the best cup of coffee in our area and our customers agree. We have Alex at KCC to thank for that. Alex is always extremely professional and helpful should we find ourselves needing help. The prices are quite literally unbeatable. If you haven’t had the chance to try some coffee from KCC, you’re 100% missing out on the best cup of coffee you’ll ever drink. Allow me to put it into perspective: My wife doesn’t drink black coffee, she’s not a fan, but she WILL drink coffee from KCC straight black or with cream and sugar. This is 100% your go-to place for anything coffee.

Alex and his team go above and beyond to support the businesses they serve — always responsive, always reliable, and always committed to doing things right. Alex even went out of his way to come down to the roastery at around 8pm on a Thursday night to correct an order that had been messed up. You won’t find a roaster with better service than Knoxville Coffee Company! If you’re looking for a roaster who truly cares about quality and their people, this is it. No doubt about it.

Thought I’d try out a different roaster since I got tired of paying so much for little 12oz bags, got the 2lb Black Bear blend on a whim and I’ve got to say this is probably the best espresso I’ve had. I love the notes, exactly what I was looking for, freshly roasted and I don’t have to go out and buy bags so often now for twice the cost. And they’re right about the crema, check the photos. Glad to have such an awesome place here in Knoxville. Thank you!

Thought I’d try out a different roaster since I got tired of paying so much for little 12oz bags, got the 2lb Black Bear blend on a whim and I’ve got to say this is probably the best espresso I’ve had. I love the notes, exactly what I was looking for, freshly roasted and I don’t have to go out and buy bags so often now for twice the cost. And they’re right about the crema, check the photos. Glad to have such an awesome place here in Knoxville. Thank you!
