I visited during their soft opening on August 8 during my lunch break from work, as I’ve been excited for this place to open and see what Kim and Kelsey have been up to getting it all ready. It wasn’t terribly busy when I arrived, but as this was just day 2, I expect it might fill up a bit more on your average weekday as word gets around.
Everything about the place is just wonderful. The atmosphere is cozy, very comfortable… very homey feeling, nothing to make one feel on edge. Absolutely family friendly, but also good for flying solo or getting together with your friends. The decor is fantastic and unique. I love all the little touches inside and out that just add to the atmosphere.
The staff were all smiles and laughter, helping add to the easy-going and casual atmosphere and you couldn’t help but feel lifted up by all their positive energy around you.
For lunch, I ordered the Tri-Tip and Feta Flatbread. I haven’t had a flatbread that good in a long time. The balsamic glaze on it brought everything together perfectly. It basically reminded me of Bruschetta with a serious upgrade. I am looking forward to trying their other menu offerings as well.
Overall 10/10, am recommending it to people and that is not just being polite.
All-in-all great spot and setting and will be back and definitely telling friends/coworkers to check it out, as I know I’ll be a common sight...
Read moreWe waited about 10 minutes before getting waited on. They do not have a bar menu, you have to ask what they have, they answer "a full bar".
I order fish & chips, was told I could change my chips to a different side, then was up charged for it. The fish was close to being burnt, instead of golden brown, it was fried dark brown and had a weird taste, either the oil needed to be changed or something else was cooked in the oil too. The Nauti-K potatoes were floating in a ton of butter that made your lips greasy. My husband got fish taco's and he said they were good. He got 16oz draft beer in a plastic cup for an obscene price, more than a bottle beer. They do not have a children menu. This place is fine for meeting up with friends, make sure you bring plenty of money. Probably will not return for a...
Read moreMy wife and I thought we’d try this place out for the first time yesterday, we live about 5 minutes away. After starting out with the dry rub wings and having a beer (not crazy about the draft prices especially when served in a 16oz plastic cup) we decided not to order anything else with disappointment. So we left and went to one of favorite places in Maryville that never disappoints. The seasoning on these wings were extremely salty, they were also way over cooked, dried out and very small with little meat on these. We did like the atmosphere and vibe, nice live music as well. We had no problem with our server. This place has a lot of potential, I just hope for there sake if they plan to stay around that the food quality improves as well if they want repeat locals. Not so sure we’ll be back...
