Sept.2,2024 @ 9:51pm, my husband was in the hospital and I went to the cafeteria to subway, there was several people in line and only one subway worker, I don't know his name but his server # is 243696, very nice young man, but one customer treated him very badly, he had made this man a footlong sandwich and as it was toasting he offered to get another couple their soups, this made the man mad and he went off on the server, he said a few choice words and walked out refusing his sandwich, the server tried to explain that he was multitasking till his sandwich got toasted, the man ask for a supervisor and corporates number the server gave the number and apologized which infuriated the man more, it was a shame to treat this young man this way he was very professional and I personally think he deserves a raise, he did nothing wrong,I have never seen a kin or Karen in action and hope to never see it again it was ugly and uncalled for. I’ve seen rude people go in and complain about the smallest things and it always seems to be the ones who feels entitled. Well, guess what buddy-you aren’t.
