Arby's — Restaurant in Kokomo

I know Arby's is a sandwich shop & to expect much more out of them is not logical. With that said, they do open at 10am & serve Turnovers. They don't serve coffee. I'm not a fan of soda, I drink coffee in the morning & after that decaf tea, Like any beer, wine, or tea drinker will tell you, you can taste the difference in favor. I will tell you restaurant owners a little secret, you get the drinks right to match the food you'll have more patronage. Drinks of any kind are important. It's the first thing we notice taste-wise & it sets our tone & expectations for what's to come. As I saw the server struggle with getting the sweet tea & unsweetened tea dispensers off her cart & onto the counter, I thought well this is good, everything will be freshly made. If everything was freshly made they need better products! Our tea (both sweet & unsweetened) was tasteless & murky. Our Apple Turnovers were cold & stale. Lesson learned here... don't do Arby's until after 11am & stay in the sandwich lane. Unfortunately, our poor server was working on her own that morning & all the tasks of opening were getting to be a bit much on her. I understand the delay in opening due to her having to manage the place on her own. That brings up another issue, restaurant owners need to hire some people. Don't just...

Sore 7482. I really do not know why they ask ...is that to go or is that dine-in? Either way it comes in a paper sack. The bun is hard and the condiment containers are empty. The lady running the cash register is friendly and the prices have doubled. Not a great experience. Oh well. I just spend out the napkins and use them as a paper plate. If I could give this place a Zero I would have!!! Not busy at all but yet we were placed on hold at the drive thru. Then we order $16 something in food but nothing special!! We pay then we were asked to pull to the side & they would bring our order out. We waited 15 minutes before going in. At this point, we just wanted our money back. The shift manager (the same one who told us to pull to the side) tries to argue with us & hands us $3 something....ummm WE NEVER GOT OUR FOOD!!!! He seriously wanted to argue with us. After sternly asking for my full refund, he gave it to us. I will NEVER go to this location again & would NOT recommend to...
