When I tell you that was the best catfish I've had this far north....

First time visit. Ordered the shrimp poboy & a side of catfish to try. Also got my kids both chicken tender kids meals.

Everything was a 10/10. Shrimp poboy was spot on. I haven't had catfish that good in years, and definitely not in Indiana. I was expecting the typical cheap frozen chicken tenders you get from most places but these tenders were delicious. Everything was perfectly seasoned. It smelled so good when we got to the car that I couldn't wait til we got home & started digging in.

Was passing through the area, and wanted something different for supper, a mom and pop place. Thought we'd give this a try.

Place is better suited for pickup orders, as they only have three small tables. Most of the seating was taken by folks waiting for their to-go orders.

We ordered the shrimp po-boys and fries, and everything was excellent. Table space cleared up, so we were able to eat in the restaurant.

The place is tiny... the staff working at a constant fast pace to get the orders out. They never got a break... the food's that good. Friendly staff, just incredibly busy. Would definitely go back again if we...

We tried the wings, catfish, fries and baked beans. Everything was good. I think I could equal it at home with no issues, but if you don't feel like cooking or you just don't know how to cook, this is a great choice. Fries were a bit mushy and I should have asked for more tarter sauce for the fish, but it wasn't a big deal. Very friendly service. I won't hesitate returning.

Update: Sometimes we just want a decent hamburger but nothing that's fast food. I've gotten their hamburgers 3 times now. Pretty dang good. When we ate them about 10 minutes later, they are still almost too hot to eat. Definitely...
