The Sandwich Shop — Restaurant in Kosciusko

This is not JaColbey this is his mother Shanesha Catchings that’s making this comment. Customer service was very very bad. I called about my order because first they didn’t toast and butter the bread. Wasn’t going to call about that BUT when they put the broccoli salad in the same plate with the sandwich, that was to much. Not only was my bread not toasted it was soggy. I ordered and PAID for extra bacon and she said they don’t do that and I ask for my money back and she sad call the Waitr app. Very rude wouldn’t let me speak. I moved to Kosciusko, MS. in 2017. I have tried many times to frequent the shop but can never find it open. When looking at Facebook, I see they are only open about 1 1/2 - 2 hours a day and days open and hours vary drastically😳. Subway, kangaroo etc……might be a better bet as they are open “normal”...
