The Best Chorizo Tacos—Hands Down!

Tried this place for the first time, and wow—I'm already planning my next visit. I’m picky about chorizo because it’s often too greasy, but not here. Their chorizo was perfectly cooked—flavorful, just the right texture, and not greasy at all. Easily the best I’ve had anywhere.

Don’t let the fact that it’s a food trailer fool you. This place is serving up some of the best tacos around, period. There's plenty of shaded seating, so it's comfortable to hang out and enjoy your food even on a hot day.

First time here! We order 2 bistek sopes, 3 tripa (extra crispy) tacos, 1 chicharrón taco, 1 order of bistek mini tacos( 5 to an order)… omg all of it was so delicious!! The flavor is on point! The green salsa is also very flavorful and not super spicy. Perfection! Only down fall we love too far but we will definitely be back! Not to mention the home made tortillas!!...
