Frostie Freeze — Restaurant in L'Anse Township

We came in tonight at 8:45, there was 5 of us ordering. My daughter's watermelon glacier with ice cream treat tipped over because she was carrying my grandbaby in her arms and it tipped over on the account of the baby. I really am quite surprised they ended up giving her another one since they kicked us off their property since they had just closed at 9:00pm . They told us they were closed, and if we wanted to sit outside to eat our ice cream we could find seats at the lakefront which is down the street. We had just spent $25.00, and we couldn'teven sit at their picnic table while they cleaned up the store. I will never go their again. terrible customer service and not honest about their flavors. I ordered what seemed to very obviously be a chocolate flavored ice cream and i received something that was caramel flavored. i went back because i thought maybe i got the wrong order but supposedly it was the correct ice cream. the worker came off in a very rude way when all i was asking was a simple question. maybe try adding descriptions to your specialty flavors or when people have questions or get confused with their order be kind and...

I really wanted to give this little place a 5 star review. Friendly staff but sub par flurry.

We pulled in, I was super excited to get some ice cream, after driving all day. Ordered an oreo flurry, classic choice. Even asked for double cookie just to make sure it was extra crunchy.
