Raezack's Grill & Deli — Restaurant in La Follette

Today's visit makes the 3rd time and the last we have been to Raezack's. The 1st 2 visits were not great, reason being an item was forgotten that we ordered both times.

Tonight's order contained a quesadilla that was cold in the middle, the cheese barely melted and the tortilla was not cooked or warmed. Had not seen the waitress since she delivered it but caught the eye of another server who took it back. The waitress brought it back.. the cheese was melted I guess in the microwave because the tortilla still was not warmed properly.

My husband ordered the chicken bacon ranch wrap.. no ranch in the wrap. Again we did not see the waitress until she brought the check, by then he was so annoyed by then he ate it anyway.

As with this visit the previous ones were after 5pm which apparently there is no manager or supervisor on hand to speak with. The wait staff seem to congregate out of the customers view in the coffee nook or near the kitchen as we could see their reflection in the window.

The dining room was very slow for a Saturday night at that time , same the other times we were there. We left around 6pm and not many customers. The level of service at night might the problem. I go by there frequently at lunch and know they are busy. My guess would be a mature staff and maybe the owners are there. Parking lot is small and fills easily. Inside the restaurant is spacious with a more wild west country style decor. The place is nice and clean with friendly staff. I came in at 12:20pm on a Thursday, you seat yourself. Had a friendly waitress take my drink and food order. Menu is primarily southern Cooking, sandwiches, wraps, burgers, and steaks. Prices range from $6 to $20 giving lots of options for different budgets. I got the Nashville Chicken wrap and tots 24 minutes after I ordered which was fast considering the giant line of cars in the drive through, and the entire second dining room being full of people. Food was $14 after tax ect. Bathroom was also super clean and has a baby changing station.

Great food, environment, very nostalgic country home feeling. Not to busy didn't have to wait in line. Self sit not host or hostess. Immediate service and bright smiles in welcome. I got a sea food sampler and it was absolutely wonderful ! We also ordered the cajun okra, fried green tomatoes, and fried mushrooms. Those are really good. Especially the okra !! The seasoning and the way its cooked to perfection made it very pleasing in the end. Was staying in town to ride Brimstone and opted to eat here. Glad I did and would highly recommend to anyone ! You don't wait long on your dishes either. They're swoof here ! Run a very good tight ship needless to say !! Thank you and look forward to coming back in...
