Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in La Follette

Stop to get dinner, mostly because our mother wanted a BLT. So we all decide to have Sonic.. Big mistake!! First off, the girl that took our order seemed to be bothered that I pushed the button, was very short, and not friendly.. Was actually rude! Like we were disturbing her bubble bath.... I brushed it off, no worries. When the car hop brought our food, I asked her if she was the girl who took our order, she looked at our ticket and said "no Lauren did". I informed her that she needed to let the manager know that Lauren was rude to us when she took our order. She then informed us that Lauren was the manager... Ok, so we pay for our food and go home to eat. Half of the order is completely wrong, the sandwiches that were not supposed to have tomatoes, or onions, had both, and the tomatoes had hair on them. Human hair! We take it back, and ask for a refund. A manager comes out to discuss it, she promptly says that she will not be able to refund our food because the whole order wasn't returned. (We only returned the items that were not correct.) We informed her that we only wanted refunded the items that were wrong. She huffed and puffed and said "give me the receipt!" Took the receipt, looked at it, huffed and puffed more, turned around and walked off. Didn't say I'm sorry, or anything. Came back a few minutes later, and very rudely tossed me our money. The funny part of the whole ordeal, just after she stepped away from our car, some one else pulled up next to us to complain about the crappy food that they had gotten! Hahahaha, that'll be my last Sonic...

Not so good of a restaurant when the employees steal from the customers, Me and my fiance walk our dog with us when we go to sonic to get our nightly milkshake, the other night we walked to marathon and bought a pack of Marlboro edge first and then we walked back across the four lane to sonic to get our milkshake. Well the waitress that come out was very friendly as she has been every night, she always pets our dog. We were sitting at a table out front And she brought our shakes to us i laid the pack of cigs down on the table to get money out of my pocket, when I paid her she said hold on and she went back in, when she come back out she gave my dog a couple pieces of bacon, well he got excited and I had his leash in my hand any I walked away and forgot the ciggs, we made it to the middle of Jr's place and turned and went back and asked for our cigs and the waitress said she didn't know whose they were but she give them to another waitress, we asked the other waitress about our ciggs and she said she give them to her boyfriend and he's already gone.well there was no way that all that happened when we only went the length of a football field and right back and the first waitress knew they were ours so I feel like they stole five...

I doordash food from this place and my order was completely messed up the manager said it's not her fault call door dash and they had an invalid number a employee named Brandon said he seen our order so we asked if we could come give them the wrong order and get the right order he said hang on u need to ask the manager and she said no I'm not giving u a refund and I'm not letting u swap ur order even tho it's there. Ridiculous talk about needing a big change in management. I've worked in food service before I know how it works. Called corporate hopefully they are reprimanded for refusing to do what's right.i mean how hard can it be to give u the order that is right there. I spent so much money there I will never spend another...
