We sat down and tried ordering but 50% of the items on the menu weren't available. I think one of the locals saw the owner struggling and she tried to waitress for him. we ended up walking out hungry and disappointed due to limited selection. Owner needs to learn how to operate a restaurant and not just the kitchen. Saving cost by trying to be a one man show isn't the best strategy for a dine in restaurant. That's a food truck mentality or pickup window establishment. You need someone to help you. The menus don't need your registered business name. Use a chalk board to update your menu each day. Scrap the cheap pieces of paper or get some cardstock. The restaurant has potential but if service continues like this, I wouldn't count this place being around long. Also you need a TV or music.
