Jack in the Box

OH MY GOODNESS!!!! If I didn't have to rate this place; it would not have one star at all; it would be negative 5 star's. So, I place an online order and pay for it. I walk to Jack In The Box to pick up my order, just to be greeted by two locked doors. I say well how am I going to get my order because everyone knows that you can't go through the drive-thru at a place a business if you don't have a vehicle. And even trying to stand in a Drive-Thru is embarrassing enough. So I go back and forth to each door for 15 minutes I'm trying to call the restaurant I'm right outside the door numerous times I made phone calls no one would answer the phone there was no sign saying that you couldn't pick up an order. The signs actually say you can pick up the order but you can't eat dine in. So after about 45 minutes I'm trying to get my mini Munchie Meal and two tacos now there was a lady that came out of the restaurant that she worked there. So I said ma'am and told her what was going on and she says well all I know is just go around to the window when the cars get out of the drive-thru and like that. I go to the speaker people are pulling up like I'm time they going to try to get in there car or something. The man comes across the speaker the drive-thru and says can I take your order so I tell him what's going on I tell him that I already have an order I've already paid for it how do I get it because no one answered the phone and the doors are locked so he literally goes off of the speaker doesn't say another word to me and will not answer me and I'm standing in there and he's in the Drive-Thru trying to find out how to get my order so then I go stand across from the drive-thru window there's a whole lot of cars this is lunchtime traffic so after a car starts to drive away with their order before the other next car pulls up I'm trying to have a man's attention he's still trying to shut the window but I'm not all the way up to the window and now I'm like he's like you're going to have to wait until I get these orders D car gone I thought well that'll be never because this is drive-thru in your clothes you got the doors locked so you're going to have a steady stream of car ordering stuff bearded I said I've already paid for my order cir he looked up at the screens out okay here my food have been sitting in there made and ready for over an hour now it took me to get this food. Jack in the Box will not return my call they will not answer my email or nothing about the service that I received it is ridiculous
