Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in La Marque

We ordered on the Sonic app, parked at the booth, checked in, and waited about 20 minutes. During this time, we saw other customers get their food via drive-thru and walk up to the window. The Sonic employee looked at us 3 times and didn't bring anything out. So we decided to drive to the window because we already paid. Once we got an employee, they told us to wait. After about 2 minutes, they asked us what we wanted. We explained the situation, and they claimed they didn't know we were there because we hadn't pushed the button. We explained all the other Sonics, checked in via the app, and they gave us the order. The employee was rude and cut us off, asking us to drive to the window to provide them with our order. Once there, before we could speak, she flung her arm out with a cold bag and said, "Have a good night…” We didn't tell her about our order and missed our drinks. She had an attitude when we mentioned drinks and asked what they were, and Sonic was out of everything we ordered magically. As the conversation was becoming unprofessional, we decided to leave due to the night's location and lateness. The employee's attitude was disrespectful and lazy. We have cold, soggy food...

INFAMOUS FOR BAD SERVICE AVOID AT ALL COSTS Horrible service, food, quality, and portions. Please explain to me how I can wait 1 hour for my food and not have a complete order. No matter what you order, they will find a way to ruin it. Got a drink, hair all inside of the drink. Got desert, cone was completely stale and was filled to the top of the cone with nothing but Sprinkles to the point where if you tried to tip it to eat it Sprinkles would spill everywhere. Tried to get a burger, got a bun with ketchup, mustard, lettuce, tomato, pickels, BUT NO MEAT. Tried to order a burrito (which usually are the only good thing you can get from her besides the popcorn chicken) to find out it only included 2 pieced of egg and 1 strip of cold bacon. Tried to order popcorn chicken, (which they usually get right) to get frozen chicken. Everytime someone complains to them it ends in an ordeal where the bushop throws the drink at the customer while yelling profanities at him/her. This place is infamous for bad food and bad service. Went through the drive thru today 5/12/23 at maybe 4:45ish and had to deal with a very rude and slow employee. I placed my order and when I got to the window the lady told me my total but I didn't hear all of it so I asked her what it was again and she just stood there. So ok I ignored that and handed her a gift card and told her how much was on the gift card and I will pay the rest in cash, she then rudely said oh this register will not split orders. I said what do you mean I should be able to pay with my gift card and pay the rest in cash, she said NO we can't do that here the register will not let me. Then she took her headset off and threw it down on the counter with an attitude and said look ma'am I just work here!! So now at this point I asked her are you ok? And she said yes I'm fine!! But clearly she was not. So that's when I told her just cancel my order and I went to the Sonic in Texas city on palmer and they took care of everything with no problem.
