I recently stopped by a charming little bakery run locally owned by mother-daughter duo Linda Marie and Lisa Marie, and I literally fell in love with it. I recommend it enough. From the moment I walked in, both of them were so warm and welcomingβitβs clear they genuinely care about their customers and their craft. They treated us like family right off the bat.
The standout for me was their homemade Biscoff ice cream. Itβs incredibly creamy, with that perfect Biscoff flavor that isnβt too sweet or overpowering. Honestly, itβs the kind of dessert you find yourself thinking about long after youβve left. This ice cream is hands-down the best Iβve ever had. Itβs worth the trip alone.
Their pastries are equally impressive. You can tell (and luckily, smell!) theyβre made fresh throughout the day because everything tastes so light and flavorful. Whether youβre into sweet or savory, thereβs a great variety of things, and the quality really speaks for itself. It all looked so delicious and to die for.
Plus, it is really affordable and the quality far outpaced the prices - it is genuinely a STEAL. We got multiple cookies, pastries, brownies, and TWO cups of ice cream for less than $30.
Itβs the kind of place you want to visit again, not just for the food but also for the experience. Linda Marie and Lisa Marie have created something special here, and Iβm already looking forward to my next visit. They are the sweetest souls and blessed us with some...
Β Β Β Read moreAbsolutely amazing!!!! I picked up a Tres Leches cake I placed an order for this past Monday, Nov. 14th, for my visiting in-laws from Honduras. It was for a surprise birthday party for my father in-law. I have never tried a Tres Leches cake before, Hell, I never heard of one before. We surprised him with it after dinner and was he ever surprised. I think I was more surprised at how ultimately delicious it was. Seriously, I did not want to stop eating it. I think I even growled at my wife as she was reaching for her plate. Great job guys!!!! I now have a new favorite cake, TRES LECHES!!!! I have nothing but good things to say about Sweet Treats. You talk about a good home town feeling when you walk in, this place has it. You feel like family and treated like they have known you for a while. A rarity in todayβs business atmosphere. Homemade pies, cakes, desserts, ice cream and more. The smell of the place traps you in, not wanting to leave. Smells like one of those high dollar scented candles at Christmas time. Seriously folks, This place is well worth stopping in, rather to enjoy a homemade ice cream and tell bad jokes or pick up a homemade cake to go. Youβll truly enjoy the experience.

Β Β Β Read moreYou're CLOSED on Sunday??? π΅βπ«π³ Our whole family was coming back from galveston and we suggested your shop. We left the island to come to this place and they were closed. I'm honestly shocked. So disappointing π
Our family went here for the first time after eating at Barcenas. It smelled amazing, and we got excellent service with attention to detail. However I do have a suggestion, and I know this may be difficult being a small one location company, but in the mornings if you could open by 6:30 or 7 we are all going to school at that time. So many cars pass by that location and we would love another breakfast place to frequent. Currently there's only one donut shop along the way to school down 2004 and we would love a pastry some mornings! Maybe advertise on a large sign that you are open at 6am Monday thru Friday and have later hours on the weekends? We would love to give you some business...
