Wazabi Sushi — Restaurant in La Puente

Fast ordinary Korean-style (owners are Thai though) sushi and rolls.

Great place for lunch or on a busy schedule. Special menu reminds me of old school Chinese menus, order 1 from list A, 2 from list B, etc.

The fish is good quality and the servers hustle.

It's not high end sushi, nor low end prices. It's right in the middle.

Best value if enjoyed as a group/ family to get the most out of the special menu.

Update: Since my original review, I find myself choosing Wazabi over other similar restaurants on a hungry afternoon. It's been about a year since my previous review and they have only gotten better....

Just moved to Hacienda Heights, Ca, and decided to hit up a sushi spot. I was completely impressed by the quality and cleanliness of the sushi rolls. I got take out and the rolls still tasted fresh and delicious. I could tell from the Taste this place uses good high grade ingredients. The price was reasonable and affordable for the quality. I ordered north shore, baked salmon, and tiger roll, All 3 were Bomb.com. I’ve tried sushi in different states and cities, and I could confidently say that Wazabi Sushi is a solid solid restaurant.! Give it a shot you won’t be disappointed.

Wasabi is our favorite sushi 🍣 spot. Their staff, Da, Giorgie, and the rest of the ladies are always smiling and friendly. Their kind service is what keeps us coming back on a practically on a weekly basis. We've called last minute, right before closing, give them our order and by the time we arrive all the chairs are on tables as they are mopping and closing, but they left one table for my daughter and I to sit and have dinner.
