Bojangles — Restaurant in La Vergne

Just left after dining in at this location. We have only had bonangles for breakfast and were excited to try it for dinner. We were very disappointed. Not in the food, but the AWFUL service. We placed our order, after roughly 8-9 cars went through the drive through and an order left out the front door we checked on our order. We were trying to wait patiently because we had been told they would bring the order to our table. Our order hadn’t even been started, we were waiting for two 4 pc chicken tender combos for a total of 30 minutes. We were not initially told that there would be a wait for our meals or we might’ve been more understanding. We didn’t bother asking for the manager as she saw us waiting and checking on our order every single time we came to the counter and never asked if she could be of assistance. Also, there were only 2 customers in the dining room. We will not be visiting this...

I don't know who gave a good review, but we have been there three times and each time we have had to wait so long. Over 20 mins. Not enough employees which should have been thought about when the kids returned to school. When ordering the person who runs the register also prepares your food and all three times did not change gloves when handling money then preparing your food. I have had to ask them every time to don't forget to change your gloves. Very disappointed. I told the girl I was not taking the Cajun biscuit that had sat there for 20 mins. She said that was not the one that sat there that that one was a special order that had Tomatoe on it. And what do you know! she lied cause we got the one with the tomatoe that she said had went out that had sit for 20 mins. If I could have gave a 0 I would have. Bought this the other day for almost $4 not worth it. We'd give it a try...

If I could put zero stars I would. I go this location every Tuesday since it is on my truck route. This morning the doors were locked, so I got out of the truck and walked up to the drive thru window. The young girl at the window was shaking her head and said she can't help me since there are other cars in the drive thru. I explained that I was there first and there weren't any other cars when I arrived. She said she can't help me there are other cars who came through the actual drive thru. I told her I couldn't help it my truck wouldn't fit and asked if she was refusing me service. She just kept telling me she has to help the cars in the actual drive thru. She had an attitude and shrugged her shoulders and wouldn't assist me. I will go out of my way to go to another location, and make sure to tell everyone this was the worst service and lack of...
