This is not the Dunkin closest to me but I do stop at this one occasionally when I am passing through. The people who work here are always exceptionally friendly and seem to always try to be overly helpful and I really appreciate that. I stopped here yesterday for my usual pumpkin lattes to get me through the day and I made the mistake of not trying them until I was half way home. I was very disappointed and I am not really sure what was done wrong but I just simply couldnāt drink any of either.. the taste was awful š I was in a rush and unable to turn around so I ended up having to stop at another Dunkinā (yes I needed my coffee lol) and spent another 10 dollars. This is not the first time this has happened and I always forget by the next time Iām in the area. Then, I got home and today was my husbands birthday. He had asked me for one thing when I went in, a blueberry glazed donut along with a couple for my girls and when I opened the box there was no blueberry donuts to be found..instead Bavarian cream š¤. I was really bummed by the whole experience today..if I do stop here again Iāll make sure to try my coffee and check my things...

She was very rude, obnoxious and unprofessional!!! I was in the drive thru ready to purchase my food. I asked to use the Apple Pay. She lied and told me it didnāt extend that far. Secondly, I ordered avocado toast ⦠the normal. The avocado was cold. Not room temperature but ice cold. She informed thatās the way it is. Iāve eaten from various Dunkin Donuts and it has never been as cold as it was today. I decided not to purchase it. I wanted a refund. Drove around to the front to get a refund for the purchase. She ask why. I told her again the avocado spread is extremely cold. I donāt want it. She said, āWell you will have to wait until I get the managerās approval.ā I said āNo problem.āAfter about 5 to 10 minutes. She fully refunded for the purchase. The staff was not nice, charged my cousin more for what he ordered than what was advertised on the board and then told us we were wrong. We can do simple math. If your in the food industry at least great your customers with a smile don't look like you hate life and that we are burdening you by coming into your establishment. This place needs a serious management overhaul.
FOLLOW UP: Asked one of my co-workers to go get me an iced coffee today 9/8/17. She asks for a french vanilla iced coffee with creme and sugar. They gave her a regular iced coffee with what it looks like 30% creme, probably about 10 pumps of french vanilla flavoring and another 5 pumps of liquid sugar. It was undrinkable, left a horrible chemical sugar taste in my mouth.
