Runway Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Lafayette Township

Went to the Bradford Airport Restaurant on Friday and arrived around 5:00 without a reservation.  We were told the next available time would be at 7:00.  We said no thank you as that was too late for us.  Started to walk away when I noticed two pub tables in the lobby.  I asked the waitress if we could be served out there.  Said they have never done that before, but would ask the owner.  She came back and said yes as long as no alcohol was served with our meal.  We said no problem and was delighted they would allow us to do that.  They immediately came out with water and menus.  It wasn't but a few minutes more and this lovely, smiling and delightful waitress by the name of Karen waited on us. Took our order and the service was way beyond outstanding!!! Our meal was EXCELLENT!!!  We had several other helpers come with water, asked if we needed anything and just over-all wonderful service.  They all made our evening and meal one of the best we have had in a long time. The Chef must have gone to Culinary School as everything we ate was absolutely delicious 😋.  They not only accommodated us being out there, but another couple as well.  The Chef and Owner along with all her staff did way up and beyond to make our night and dinner a most rememberable experience.  The Food & Service is Superb!!!  We highly recommend this restaurant.  You won't be disappointed believe me.  We will be back for sure and planning a time we can bring all...

I grew up in Bradford and now live in Pittsburgh. I came back to visit some friends for the weekend and they suggested the Runway Bar & Grill. I couldn't have been happier with the results.

The service was great and the food was phenomenal! I ordered the filet mignon (medium) and it was cooked perfectly and was possibly the best steak I've ever had.

I will definitely be back next time I'm in town. If any locals are unsure or just haven't visited this restaurant, I'd definitely recommend it, especially if you like a high quality...

What a surprise to discover this hidden gem in the Pennsylvania Wilds. We didn’t know what to expect but encountered quite a delightful experience in the food, wait staff and atmosphere. The view of the runway lights at night was rather romantic, and the attentiveness of our server pushed the evening over the top. The maps were a fun conversation starter as well.
