My husband and I along with another couple had dinner last night to celebrate both of our anniversaries. We ate at the Auld Alliance restaurant inside the hotel. We are local residents in Walker County and this was our first visit to the hotel. The food was excellent and the prices were consistent with other high end restaurants that we have eaten in the past. The service was excellent, our server was Cassie and she was very knowledgeable of the food and drinks that they offered. The ambiance was simply AMAZING, breathtaking views in every direction!!! The vibe was perfect—cozy yet upscale, with killer views that made the evening feel special. Our server, Loki, was absolutely on point, super attentive, and made us feel right at home with his friendly banter and spot-on recommendations. The real treat was when the chef came out to introduce himself at our table—such a cool, personal touch! The steak was cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful, and the sides were just as good.
Honestly, everything from the food to the service was top-notch. If you’re looking for a great meal with a view, this place is a must-visit. Can’t wait to come back!
