Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in LaFayette

From beginning to end this was a horrible experience and we love Dairy Queen. I know that they haven't been open long, but rudeness is just simply rude. Felt rushed to order in drive thru since you can not go in. Chocolate all over cup,soda all over cup no lids for your blizzards and it drip all over my arm. Didn't bother with drink carriers and we had 6 total with 2 in the car. All food shoved in one bag and while checking our order this girl was like I packed it personally I know it is right come to find out she said she was the manager( she told us) and we asked for new fries because they felt cold and she wanted to argue with us that they are warm to the touch we still wanted new fries so she did give us new fries and upgraded to a large. While this was going on you have like 4 to 6 people at the window watching this, I am sorry but this was just bad service all around the only good thing was the blizzard test the burgers were great, but onion rings were cold. I really hope this is a learning experience and they can up there friendliness for the future. We will try again later down the road give a little more time to adjusting and hope things change...

I Ordered My Food Online … Was Ready At 5 When I Got There . At My Pick Up Time …. Then I Ordered A Hot Fudge Sundae And A Banana Split In A Cup So It Wouldn’t Melt All In The Car. Then They Came Back Said They Can’t Make A Banana Split In A Cup… No Big Deal Just Refund Me … They They Came Back And Said They Could Make It A Blizzard …. I Said Put The Ingredients In A Cup And Don’t Mix It …. Bananas Were Falling Off The Top Where They Put It In A Much To Small Of A Cup ….. So I Live Exactly 4 Mins From There I Finally Got Home After Waiting 20mins For The Banana Split In That Cup …. We Start To Eat And We Have A Hamburger Missing … I Call And The Manager Told Me My Receipt Had 5 pm On It And It’s Almost 5:30 He Said There Was Nothing They Could Do About It !!!!!!! That’s The Last $40 I’ll Spend...

This place just opened, I get it. The wait was about 20 minutes, not an issue because we didn't have anywhere to go. The reason for the 2 stars is because we waited 20 minutes, were parked and got the wrong blizzard. Can't go into the store to get the order fixed so we just accepted it. The 2 stars is also because the one making the blizzards had her hands on her bare hips and stomach, went and touched everything without washing her hands all in front of the manager. Then the person who brought us our wrong blizzard was wearing A dirty hoodie with brown dirty fingernails. Basically the crew needs...
