Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in LaFayette

(update after three hours of waiting and calling multiple times this last call they have confirmed that my order has never even left the store, so this is the manager that I first spoke with was lying about my order being out for delivery. they apologize for my wait they removed all charges and I will be receiving the food for free)

I ordered my food two hours and 35 mins Ago. I continue to call up to the store because I was told my wait will be an hour to 45 minutes. I’m still currently waiting for my food at this moment I’m calling the store they have nothing to offer me other than to cancel my order if I don’t want to wait. The driver has Currently been out with my order for in hour I live less than three minutes away. The driver also does not have a cell phone to contact so I can get an estimate I’m pretty sure my food is cold by now since been out for an hour 30 minutes.I tried to call customer service and I’ll I was told couldn’t help me because it was a franchise. It’s almost going on three hours and I still not have not received my food. Speaking with this assistant manager of the location he told me that he just had an influx of calls in that they just got extremely busy which is understandable but they were not extremely busy when I called at first because my wait time was an hour to 45 minutes. He also told me first come first serve which is understandable. So I’m currently waiting on order that mark as delivered and just been told that I shouldn’t worry because it still out for delivery. This is looking like an issue that I’m I have to call my bank for my money back. I ordered my food at 5:06 is...

As long as you have a coupon it's worth buying from here but prices are high because it is on base but it is what it is everything's high nowadays. Sorry to say if you want marinara with your pizza or any other type of gifted put your pizza in as you eat it it cost a dollar a piece That's a little expensive.

Edited & updated Review 8-31-2025 Ordered Pizza 8-28-25 - Great all the way around. Ordered Pizza 8-29-25 - Still good pizza but sauce and toppings very light. Cheese was clumped in places and and other places there was no cheese. Also it was cut oddly. Ordered Pizza 8-30-2025 - Tasted Ok but only about a 10 pieces of onions which was the topping ordered. Some slices had none. Sauce was extra light. Girl that rang up my pizza had an issue with register. Even though I had already paid for my pizza and showed them where it was charged on my account they wanted me to pay again. Left my number with them and told them to contact me if they did not see payment at close of business.

May have to rethink lunch or another pizza place in future if...

The pizza was dry, tasted funny, second time we’ve had to return it and ask for a different pizza. Wasn’t Brooklyn style which is was we chose, it was thin crust. And I’m highly disappointed. I think it’s due to the fact that they have young staff on duty with no visual manager or direction. Both times I went in they seemed like they didn’t know or care what they were doing the way they were handling the pizza. The first time the girl was on her PHONE touching her phone before I watched her prepare a pizza to go out for delivery which she was having to handle with her hands and utensils with her hands and putting it in a box to get delivered … there’s so many germs on a phone .. and the pizza was already cooked so there was no heating those germs to kill them off… Only reason I’m giving a two star is because the lava dessert...
