Wendy's — Restaurant in Lafayette

I had to update my review. Tonight was terrible. I arrived at Wendy's on 11/4/21 at about 6:30pm. Ordered about $35.00 worth of food. Didn't recieve some of my order. I didn't notice until I got home that my fries were missing. I drove back to Wendy's and asked the young lady on the intercom if she could replace my hot food since I had to drive back and get my fries. She went to get the manager. The manager lady came on the intercom with a huge attitude. She took the old food back re-bagged it and put in the fries. My chicken nuggets were not made fresh as promised. As I felt the nuggets she stood in the door looking at me per my daughter. I will never go to this Wendy's again. They need a better manager, never had a problem with this store until tonight. She needs training in customer service and building rapport. Never once did she say I apologize for any inconvenience. I work in customer service as a manager and she does not need to be in the position that she currently works in with...

Long story short: Our money was stolen. 11/28/24 at 11:30 am

We placed an order and according to the manager something apparently happened that made the order "disappear". The manager said that the cashier saw the order, but they couldn't check it in. The order then reappeared and disappeared. The manager then said they could see the details of the order, but could not place the order (despite saying they have no record of the order). She provided the number to report the issue, but it was the number for order delivery, not for carry out as seen on the receipt. I called the number, they said they only handle deliveries. We then went inside and she explained the number was the same, despite the provided number saying that they aren't. We just called HQ, reported the issue, and made sure to get a refund.

Very messy. Very deceptive. Very uncooperative. Just a bad location, will make sure anyone I know...

Very disappointed . Tried calling the establishment five times. No one answered the phone to pull up and find two associates outside smoking cigarettes, ha I wonder why no one answered the phone. Just to go home to cold fries from my delivery order missed 20 minutes of the game we were watching together to go get my husbands sandwich that didn’t show up on our delivery order over $12 for one sandwich I was irritated that when I pulled up because no one would answer the phone to cancel the delivery order since I had to come in to find the associates outside smoking to go home to cold fries and a melted frosty you would have thought since I had to come out and for whatever reason it cost over $40 dollars for a small fry a frosty and a sandwich that they could have at least replaced the small fry that went into the trash never again will I do...
