Normally this is the go to spot to get ice cream. We’ve been going here for years. Today we ordered 3 different ice cream products only got 2 tipped 5 bucks thinking we were going to get all 3. Turns out messed up our order in multiple ways and the lady at the front tried to argue we didn’t order 3. The other lady wrote down 3 while taking our order let alone there is 3 of us in the car. I’m beyond upset with the service I’ve received the last 3 times of coming to Lucy’s it used to be my favorite place to enjoy a evening with ice cream and family . However The last three times I’ve going to Lucy‘s I received terrible service. My orders have been wrong every time. My mother who has an peanut allergy given peanuts on her sundae that doesn’t come with peanuts on it to begin with then when we asked the girl at the window they just took the peanuts off the top and the whole sundae inside has peanut in it still .
