A nice, pretty normal, restaurant experience. The Black Steak House is a pretty normal cafeteria/restaurant during the day, and a full-time A La Carta restaurant during the afternoon/evening. On that, they deliver quite well. Our lunch food was excellent, at a low price, and plentiful. Taste is great, no complaints here. Prices are good, and easily affordable. Quantities were decent, good enough to fill up. Keep in mind that during lunch, they do not have their full menu available. They only have lunch options, so if you want the full A La Carta experience, show up during the night or after 3:00 PM. No issues with the service, quite fast and efficient. They had Shrek 2 on their TV, which gets them bonus points with me. Generally, they are pretty good. A normal, humble restaurant in the middle of Lajas that delivers on a good time. 4.8/5 ⭐️

¡Qué experiencia tan maravillosa! Fui con mi familia hoy, sábado, y el servicio fue divino. La mesera de nombre Ana o Ada se aseguró de entender nuestras especificaciones en cada plato. Esa chica de cabello negro rizado lleva tiempo allí y es espectacular. Otra mesera que no había visto antes fue toda una dulzura. Fuimos 7 personas y la comida llegó casi toda a la vez, por lo que pudimos comer todos como familia. Sopa del día gratis! Algunos platos que pedimos: mofongo relleno mar y tierra, pechuga milanesa con mofongo, pechuga a la parrilla al ajillo con mofongo, chuletas a la parrilla con mampostiao, pechuga rellena con mofongo y bacon, etc! Todo súper bien presentado y con riiiico sabor. Y los postres y la piña colada, ufff!!!!! Ahhhh y gracias por echarles salsa bbq a las chuletas como las pedimos!!!! En fin, el jefe debe felicitar al súper chef y a las meseras que dieron su servicio a las 3:30 pm. GRACIAS POR COMPLACERNOS Y HACERNOS PASAR UN GRAN MOMENTO. No siempre hay dinero para darse estos lujos y qué bueno que cuando se logra podemos encontrarnos con un lugar donde verdaderamente valoran al cliente. Dios continúe bendiciéndoles!!!

Tan solo por el flan de café se merecen 5 estrellas, en verdad sabe a café. Exquisito En segunda ocasión la experiencia fue de 3 estrellas. El churrasco en salsa de setas , el sabor fue bueno , pero la calidad del churrasco muy mala , el trifongo no tenia yuca y el plátano estaba casi completo en pedazos. Que triste ya que nuestra primera experiencia hacia sido positiva. Y nos tuvimos que ir sin flan de café ya que no tenían . Sin duda la consistencia es necesaria para que el cliente vuelva una y otra vez

Very neat place, they serve pizza as well as other food such as steaks and sea food . The service is extremely fast and the food was just amazing . Not a single thing I find bad about this place. My couple and I went with a Gustazo and tried the Filete De Mero and it was amazing. At first we thought a pizza place that sells seafood aswell?! We thought it would be bad but definitely showed us wrong! Cheers to this...

Walk in and right off the bad told us this is all we got on a chalk board and menu was going to be served until 4pm. We got there at 3:30pm. I think instead of throwing us out the could have said, let's have something to drink or lets have an appetizers while the cooks finish there prep. Very rude lady with glasses at the register. Sad I was looking forward to the meal. I live an easy 2hours away....
