I placed my order on the screen, I always confirm that I have everything on there before paying for my things. When I got my order I checked to make sure I had gotten everything and noticed I was missing an order of hash browns. I walked up to the register and the first guy didnāt seem to understand me but I still waited to see if he would give me the extra hash browns I ordered. My boyfriend had bought something from the gas station side and when he came by me I told him I was missing an order of hash browns and that I had told the first rep but didnāt think he understood me. So my bf went to the guy that was taking the drive thru orders telling him about our missing item and gave us an attitude right away. I tried to explain what I had ordered and he then provided me with my receipt. On the receipt it showed the $6 dollar meal and a little further down a 6 piece order of hash browns. When my boyfriend tried to show him the receipt the guy rolled his eyes pushed my boyfriendās hand off the receipt to which my boyfriend called him out for it. Never experienced such rude customer service. We left right after but just some advice if you pay with your Dunkin app you can report your concern and youāll get free points in case you ever experience something similar which by the reviews I can see we were not...

The first time we went, the owner tried to pass off some Nitro coffee as Cold Brew, because it was taking so long to change the cartridge.(We would have waited, but nobody asked.)We literally saw him try to fool us, and lie. When we tried to go again a few months later, the employees changed the cartridge for the Nitro, and again, instead of asking us if we minded waiting, they charged us for three Nitros, and two of them were 75% foam. (At least they didn't try to pass them off as the Cold Brew)šš¤ Hmm...wonder what made them think that's ok. I asked for a refund for two of them, and told them what happened the last time we were there. The young manager that was there and the other girls had s* attitudes. No I don't think this was a fluke, I literally just think it's bad management and ownership. This guy has another franchise over in Benton Harbor as well.
