I was really surprised and loved the food! The atmosphere was nice too. When we walked in a gentleman with a smile on his face, by the pizza oven said to go ahead seat ourselves. My husband and I went the day after Valentine's day. He had been wanting to check the place out since they had opened.

Some small local bar and grills don't have very comfy seating but this one has booth/bench seating against the walls with cusions, regular table and chairs on other side bench, so that was nice. It was very cool place and we liked the decorating.

They have a many, many beers on tap. My husband was very inpressed with that. They say on the outdoor Aboard: beer and pizza but oh my goodness they had other food that was as good as any fancy restaurant. The antipasto appetizer was one of the nicest we have seen at any restaurant. We go to Seattle restaurant week and Dine around Seattle this is the best we have seen so far. Before this restaurant, 13 coins had the best.

Also at this Local 104 they had homemade bread on their appetizers menu. My husband tried the oyster sandwich and he really liked it. I had 3 sides because I wanted to see how good they were. I had the side veggies (very good and with a butter sauce, mac and cheese (amazing) and meatballs, I usually don't like meatballs, I am very picky, these were very good too! They had an amazing Chef that day. I think it was a lady chef from what the waitress said.

The only thing I would have liked more was to have my coke in a glass with ice and a straw. But I do know some people like their pop in the glass bottle. I should have just asked and I am sure they would have done that for me.

We will be back, me for the amazing menu and my hubby for the variety of beer and food too! We highly reccomend the Local 104!

Just take the Lake Forest Park exit on I-5, take hwy 104 toward Lake Forest Parka and Lake Washington and you will find the Local 104 at an intersection on...

Local 104 – A Slice of Culinary Excellence.

From the moment you step into Local 104, you’re greeted with an inviting warmth that feels equal parts neighborhood charm and elevated comfort.

The ambiance strikes a perfect balance, cozy enough for a casual night out, yet polished enough to impress on a date or special occasion.

The service here is a masterclass in hospitality. Attentive without hovering, the staff exude genuine enthusiasm for the food they serve and the guests they welcome. It’s the kind of place where your water glass never runs dry, and your questions are met with thoughtful recommendations rather than rehearsed scripts.

Now, let’s talk pizza. Local 104 doesn’t just serve pizza, they celebrate it. Each pie arrives with a crust kissed by fire, achieving that elusive crispy perfection that crackles under your bite. The flavors are bold and unapologetic with a smoky char, vibrant tomato, and toppings that sing in harmony rather than compete. It’s a pizza that demands your full attention and rewards it.

The antipasto plate is no supporting act. It’s a standout in its own right, offering a curated spread of cured meats, marinated vegetables, and cheeses that feel both rustic and refined. Every bite is a journey, and together with the pizza, it creates a meal that’s both satisfying and memorable.

Even the restrooms reflect the restaurant’s commitment to excellence, spotless, well-stocked, and thoughtfully maintained. It’s a small detail, but one that speaks volumes about the care poured into every aspect of the experience.

Local 104 isn’t just a place to eat, it’s a place to savor. Whether you’re a die-hard pizza aficionado or simply seeking a meal that leaves you smiling long after the last bite, this spot...

Well, shoot. I was hoping this place would become me new local area real-deal woodfired pizza place, and the pizza was fairly good, but the experience was just kind of lousy. I doubt we'll be giving it another go. As a first time customer, excited by the photos from Google and their site, I called up last night to order their Max (their pepperoni version), advertised as being topped with pepperoni and basil - the latter which i always love to add to pizzas if possible - and asked to add jalapeños as well. The guy I spoke to was just slightly standoffish in explaining they don't make any adjustments to their pizzas, and besides they didn't have jalapeños for anything else on the menu. Ok, fair enough! Still sounded good. Went to pick up 30 mins later, demeanor was not exactly inviting, paid and tipped on the receipt as they went to grab my box. They didn't check it or show it to me, and I usually don't do this but for some reason opened the box in the car to make sure everything was all good - wrong pizza. Not a huge deal, it happens. Upon explaining, there wasn't much of an apology or sense of regret or anything, and it was explained it wasn't a mixup, just wrong - they'd have to remake. A little inconvenient, sure, but no offers of a discount or a little side or anything as an accommodation. The new pizza was good, although a little undercooked due to the rush to remake while I was waiting, and I was disappointed in the basil "topping" you can see in the photo. It's a garnish, not a topping. A topping should be present on every slice, in my opinion. Anyway, it was fine, the flavor was good, but the experience was lacking. Your mileage may...

We were looking for a new dinner spot and came along the local 104. First impressions upon arriving: good atmosphere, great outdoor seating for a nice summer evening. Ordered the wedge salad, pretty good. No kids menu. We ordered the Tony meatballs and the Pat Kane with no onion. Strangely, they do not allow you to add things to the pizza, only remove. That may sound like not a big deal, but I have actually never been to somewhere that serves pizza that doesn't allow you to add anything to a pizza for whatever fee they would like. Very odd. Pretty good and quick service. We got our pizzas but weren't too impressed. Very thin crust, which is fine, every restaraunt has their own style. But the pizzas were just lacking. The Pat Kane only had 2 pieces of basil on the entire pizza. I liked the spiciness of the Tony meatballs and the meatballs were pretty dang good, but the capocolla was extremely tough and there were suppose to be jalapeños. There may have been some hiding in the pizza, but I didn't notice them. Both pizzas were also significantly lacking cheese. I don't have a problem paying $27 & $22 for a pizza, but when the pizza's quality and taste doesn't match that price, it's pretty dissappinting. I'd suggest adding more cheese and bumping up the quantity and quality of toppings.
