Colombian Joe's Coffee — Restaurant in Lake Havasu City

Their drinks are REALLY good, but nearly every time I've gotten coffee from here, their prices are completely incorrect and/or they give me the wrong size. Out of the 8 or 9 times I've been here, I got charged correctly and got the correct size twice. One time I ordered a large drink and it was priced correctly and everything, but the next time I ordered a drink (that had the same price rates) in a medium and they charged me for a large. The other times I ordered, the price I was charged was a dollar or more above the listed price, such as being charged $5.44 for a medium coffee listed at $4.20. I know that tax is definitely not 30% on prepared foods/drinks. Like I said, the drinks are delicious, but any time I go there I fully expect to be charged more than their menu states, which gets really annoying...

Customers are essential to every business, big or small. With that being said, I always come to this place, when I visit my loved ones in Havasu, for the warm smiles, friendly staff and great coffee.

Today was not a good experience. I stopped by around 1200 to order four drinks and there were only 2 cars. I was greeted by an older man with little to no emotions, who told me I was going to be serve by one of the other servers. The other server was equally as unfriendly and enthusiastic.

I ordered four drinks with light ice, yet all my drinks were full of ice…😒. On top of that, it took them over 15 minutes to make the drinks, with only two customers. I was reconsidering going to Starbucks instead.

Maybe it was an off day, which I understand, I’ll see how it is when I come...

Very polite cashiers that worked quickly and gave me exactly what I asked for and a punch card for future visits. A 32oz coffee frap drizzled with a lil bit of caramel cost just over $8 and I added a $1 tip... So about $10 for a cup of crushed ice, weak coffee and a melted caramel candy? Is this what these things cost nowadays? My husband was happy with it, but I can't see spending this much on a regular basis...I'd drive right through that drive thru- and straight into a poor house!
