My sister ordered a pizza at the store on Kiowa in Lake Havasu City Saturday night and I have a couple of questions.
First, she wanted to order the large 3-topping Taste Maker for $10, but was told that they're no longer available (this, despite it still being offered online and there being 2 posters advertising it in your windows). The guy behind the counter told her she could "order a large 3-topping for $12" instead.
After we ate, I looked at the receipt and noticed that she had been charged for 3 items: two, $1 "donations", and $10 for a "1aRge3t$10"---which I'm interpreting as "one large 3-topping for $10."
Now I would like to know why she was charged for donations she was not asked if she wanted to make and which she did not offer to make. I also would like to know why your employee lied to her about the Taste Maker no longer being offered. Going by the receipt (which I have saved), it quite clearly remains available. Was this an unscrupulous act by an employee who wanted/felt they deserved a tip? Is this something your employees do on a regular basis?
I understand that it's "only" $2, but if your employees did this to her every time she/we ordered pizza (usually 2 times a month), they'd be [basically] stealing no less than $48 a year from her.
That does not make for good business...
Read moreI don't do reviews but this time I have to say something, I tried ordering a pizza on line but for some reason it wasn't working, so I on the phone the person on the phone seemed like he was high, he kept asking the same questions over and over and laughing and anyways to make a long story short the last thing he said was it will be ready in 20 min, but never asked my name. I was there 20 mins later and the same guy at least it sounded like him opens the window and I asked for my pizza and he asked my name I told Him, he went to look and came back and said I you sure your at the right place. Anyways, I never got my pizza and I'm never going back. Look out little Caesars...
Read moreEdit Since this happened I've gotten renewed life back into Pizza Hut. Mike, the Manager at the Kiowa Store gave me a $50. CREDIT for this error. That's a TIP that keeps getting better.
Your Delivery man sat in our driveway FOUR MINUTES!!!!! Before starting to coming to my door. I HAD to go OUT to him to GET my COLD pizza!!! Pizza was already turning cool.. there was NO bag the pizza was put in.. just the regular pizza cardboard box!!!! That's 100% UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! $40.00 WASTED... I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Or a YEAR of FREE Pizza!!!!!!!! I'm putting ALL of this into our NewsHearld Paper so others won't be abused like...
