Roma's Pizza isa wonderful pizza places with excellent staff and service. The owners and staff are a delight to talk to and courteous and polite with the associates at the register being professional and efficient at their jobs. Especially Gracie, Gracie is awesome and one of the best cashier/servers ever!! The pizzas are delicious whether it a custom order, or from the large variety of hot and ready pies at the window. On top of that hey also have a tasty menu for those who do not want pizza. I cannot recommend highly enough the Roma Stromboli, or the Roma sub which I recommend having all the way! And if you are a philly cheese steak fan, you're in luck as hey have one of THE BEST PHILLY CHEESE STEAKS I have had in my life. Sharing my experience at Roma’s on google hopefully to encourage others from town and out of town to stop by! My order was Roma’s Greek Salad. I wanted to add chicken and I know usually on salads places can skimp you on the protein, so I got double chicken for the salad. Guys look at the size of this salad. I definitely didn’t need the extra portion of chicken but wasn’t mad once I got it! It’s giving… marinated! Really delicious and had to take a side pic so you could see the depth of the salad. That box was heavy! I also had to get the meatballs and they did not disappoint. Definitely a homemade meatball!! Happy to have some good food close in town and would encourage others to try. We finally stopped at Roma Pizza in Lake Helen after driving past it so many times on our way to DeLand. The parking lot is always full, so we knew it had to be good—and it was even better than we expected.

The brothers who run the place are so nice, and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. It really does feel like you’re eating in someone’s home kitchen.

We tried a mix—pepperoni, cheese, a veggie slice with spinach, mushrooms, and tomatoes, plus a stuffed slice that was like a calzone. Everything was fresh and flavorful, and the garlic knots? Perfectly soft, buttery, and amazing with the marinara.
