Filipino person here. If you’re looking to try Filipino food in the area and this is your first time, or if you miss the cuisine, this is THE go-to place. It’s only to-go, so order ahead! From someone who’s lived in Chicago half his life and frequented many of the places like Kasama, Uncle Mike’s, Bayan Ko, and other household names, this place is right next to each of them in my heart. I often miss those places since moving out to the far NW suburbs, and this place fills the gap in soulful Filipino food that I’ve recently been yearning to fill. Every Filipino will tell you… the best Filipino food you will try are at their home or at parties. And the thing is— this place is right in line with, or the next-best to a home-cooked meal. Everything on the menu is a hit- the bbq skewers and adobo with its sweet & savory bite, to the custardy, thick and rich flan, and coming back with the garlic fried rice & pancit like how Tita and Lola would make, you really can’t go wrong if you know what you’re looking for. I’m 100% coming back to try the rest of the menu little by little. PS - the picture doesn’t do it justice - I was way too excited to try everything and took a few bites of everything before I could snap a shot.

Wow! For the amazing food & fantastic service! Great customer service when you call and email them! No dine in, just pick up at their location currently. Lots of parking at the front with their logo on the door. Pick up your food at the front area with the Stix & Noodles signage. You can pay with your card when you get there. They really take care of their customers!!! We ordered their catering trays for our party. Everyone loved the Grilled Chicken Inasal and Adobo! My Filipino friends complimented on their food! They loved the chargrilled, moist, flavorful chicken! They said it was authentic! My Filipino friends even loved their Pancit! Their flan made our night as the best dessert! Thank you for making our birthday party special! From their truck, the super combo plate was worth it. The grilled moist pork on the stick was so tasty! It was packed with plenty of pancit, chicken, pork, and two lumpia. All in all, everything on their menu is great! I told all my family and friends about this fabulous place.

My daughter discovered this place on Google today when we were looking for somewhere nearby to eat for lunch. Neither of us knew there was a Filipino restaurant in the area, so we were excited to try it. The chicken adobo stix were so delicious, my daughter and I both ordered them. We loved the lumpia, and the pancit was pretty good. I'm looking forward to trying the garlic fried rice next time. It's not a place that you can sit down and eat, you just order the food to go. We were okay with that! It took about 20 minutes, definitely worth the wait. It was so good!

I had the absolute pleasure of having lunch at Stix and Noodles food truck today, and I must say, the food was nothing short of AMAZING! As someone who frequents food trucks and appreciates a good meal on the go, I can confidently say this is some of the best food I've ever had from a food truck.

The menu at Stix and Noodles is both diverse and enticing, offering a wide range of options that cater to various tastes and preferences. From the moment I placed my order, I knew I was in for a treat. The aromas wafting from the truck were mouthwatering, and the food did not disappoint.

Every dish was prepared with the utmost care and expertise. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. Each bite was a delightful explosion of taste, showcasing the skill and passion of the chefs. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring that you get great value for your money. What truly stood out was the presentation – each dish was beautifully plated, which is a rare and delightful find in the realm of food trucks.

I decided to try a few different items to get a full sense of what Stix and Noodles has to offer. The noodles were cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of chewiness and a deliciously savory sauce that tied everything together. The accompanying vegetables were crisp and flavorful, adding a wonderful freshness to the dish. The meat was tender and succulent, clearly marinated and cooked with great attention to detail.

But it wasn’t just the food that made this experience exceptional. The staff at Stix and Noodles were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took the time to explain the menu and offered great recommendations based on my preferences. Despite the lunchtime rush, they remained efficient and ensured that the service was top-notch. It was clear that they take great pride in their work and genuinely care about providing an excellent customer experience.

In conclusion, I cannot recommend Stix and Noodles highly enough. Whether you’re a seasoned foodie looking for your next great meal or simply someone in need of a quick, delicious lunch, this food truck is an absolute must-visit. The combination of amazing food, generous portions, and outstanding service makes Stix and Noodles stand out from the rest. Five stars all the way! I can't wait to return and try more of their...
