Danger von Dempseys ATY — Restaurant in Lake Township

We went to try their burger battle burger last night. Cute little area when you come in the airport. We were cheerfully greeted by the barkeep, who was super nice and explained how you can order, since we've never been there before. We opted to order at the table so we could look over their options in case we wanted something else. We submitted our order for our drinks, some dill pickle cheese curds (delish, btw!), and 2 of the burger battle burgers (one just with fries, and one with the salad and pomme frites). Drinks came just a few minutes before the curds arrived. That wait time wasn't too bad. But that was it. Our meal never came. We sat for about an hour, while everyone who came in after us was served and done eating, and still nothing. We stopped the barkeep as she passed (one of the several times) and asked if the food was coming... she said she was just going to check on it. It was probably another 10 minutes, still nothing. So, we paid for our full meal (even what we didn't get, and left a tip), and we walked out. We were pretty excited to try the burger out, it sounded like it would be tasty, but instead, made our 1/2 hour trip back home disappointed. I didn't want to leave a horrible review, as parts were great, but we definitelydid not...

This is the bar in the airport, 2 flights a day. But wow is the pizza delicious. And they offer beer that they brew themselves (though they have a full bar PLUS Caribou coffee available). This is such a great restaurant! There are great prices, food is amazing. Great view of the airport. Love their app for ordering ahead so you can swing in and grab your food to go. There is access right when you walk in to the airport and also on the secure side. The prices are lower than the actual Dempseys restaurant in town! Stop...
