I really don't like giving public negative comments on 'our' businesses, but my 1st experience today was too disappointing and I know of no other option for my feedback. Both my expectations and appetite were high from the previous day's radio interview of the owners.
I ordered online using Postmates and timed my lunch pickup arrival within minutes of the time given. There were a number of people socially-distantly awaiting upon my arrival 6-7 minutes ahead of the pickup time on the app, so I waited before approaching the cashier. At the pickup time, I showed the cashier the order on my phone and after sometime of moving around/searching, she told me that my order would be another 15-20 minutes because it hadn't come thru. There was a 45-minute window from my online order to pickup. (It was also my 1st time using Postmates also, in fairness to S2)
I stepped aside dismayed and very hungry, then reapproaced the window and asked if I could just cancel. An unapologetic and sour response of 'sure' was given and I struggled in retaining her attention to purchase the macadamia nut cookies that watered my mouth. (they were good)

My boyfriend and I decided not to dine inside of the restaurant because there was horse flies flying throughout the dining area. We left the restaurant to discover when we made it back to the Autoshop, missing items from my order and when I returned the owner was so unpleasant talking about she needed to check cameras as if I was lying. She did nothing to accommodate the inconvenience of her chef failing to complete my order. She said her Chef was not going to remake my Velvet Waffle that had gotten cold due to his failure to pay attention to detaiI. I ordered a Velvet Waffle with sausage and eggs and that is what I expected when they took my money, but instead I got a Velvet Waffle and none of the sides that I requested. Didn’t receive food until 7:05. Every time I questioned about order I was told a few more mins. If my bf. Hadnt wanted the food. I would have gotten my 62 dollars back and left. No accommodations no apologies for the extremely long wait no consideration for my time. What’s the reason we all order in advance ???This was probably my 20th something time visiting.
