Tiki Bar — Restaurant in Lake Township

Apparently it's a private restaurant for residents and guests of the hideout. I'm visiting from out of state. I looked online for a resta5and decided to try this. I set my GPS and go. I get to the gate and the security guard lady who is inside a building maybe 20 ft from my car on the passenger side, waits until 4+ other vehicles in the lane to my right go through before deciding to address me. I have my windows down waiting for someone to talk to me. She walks out and I say "sorry I can't back up, people are behind me." thinking I missed a sign saying I was in the key card only lane. With bad attitude she rudely asked "where are you going?" . I explain I am trying to get to the restaurant. She asks with a huge chip on her shoulder "Do you have a pass?" "Were you invited? This is a private community!" I tell her I'm sorry but I'm from out of town and had no idea. Nothing online says this restaurant is member only. Her responds was "of course not! That's too much information ". Well it would've been nice to know so I wouldn't have to deal with her rudeness and the people behind me would not be delayed getting in. She snapped that she'll raise the gate but I need to make a u turn and leave. NO PROBLEM LADY. GLADLY. I understand that there are a lot of air bnb I'm there. I will never rent any if them because of my experience with this rude woman in her wanna be cop uniform acting like this. I would think that someone having to deal with vacationers every day would have an expectation that not everyone is going to be aware of her elite status in the exclusiveness of her community.

Over priced watered down drinks, food is mediocre, that place can do a lot better if they allowed visitors to purchase drinks, it is a private club, but the management needs a course on how to run a business, money is money, on a busy weekend, they could have racked...
