Lakemoor Diner — Restaurant in Lakemoor

My buddy and I were looking for a place to have breakfast, near Lakemoor, and a couple of places we were familiar with either didn't serve breakfast, on weekdays, or weren't open on a Monday. He googled local restaurants serving breakfast. We found your lovely little place and thought we'd give it a try. We were both very glad that we did. I had the biscuits and gravy with 2 eggs, while he had the chorizo skillet. Both were very good sized portions and delicious. Overpriced for what we got. Fries were the best part. Loved that everything seemed homemade. But Items on the menu weren't all available. Our soup was brought out 5 minutes apart from each other. Then meal was brought out in about 3 minutes after soup. Didn't even have time to eat the soup as it was too hot. But the the fries were kind of cold all tho tasty. The decor was amazing, but the food wasn't anything special that you couldn't get at any other cafe. Spent over $40...

Stopped in for breakfast had party of 5. Took 20 minutes to get table, that's fine understood they were little busy. Got seated placed order 20 minutes later food was brought for 3 people!! One of the orders was wrong, and rest were missing toast. Country potatoes were cold and eggs not cooked to order. 15 minutes later balance of food showed up at table!!!
