2 years ago had the best caramel sachet shakes her and loved the place.

Last year we drove from the other side of the lake because their Google listing showed they closed at 10pm, arrived at 945pm to find a completely closed store. Had a big group with us and we were so upset but didn’t want to leave a 1 star review.

Today we finally decide to give them another shot. Young kids working but they did great, store is cute but we wanted caramel cashew shakes and they said they couldn’t make them despite having caramel cashew ice cream in the display. Said they use some pre made frozen something for the shakes and not their hand scoop ice cream and wouldn’t make the shake so we just got cups of it. Caramel had very little flavor and not at all what we remembered from a few years ago.

But the scoop was only $3 and very big, just wish it had...

Decent shake shack, nice aesthetic and clean but slow service, don't go here if you have a group over about 3-4 people; you likely won't be able to enjoy your shakes together, we had a group of 5 and the service was slow enough that the first 3 of our group were entirely done eating their shakes before the 4th shake of our order was out, the 5th hadn't even been started. Shakes are good from reports from our group, I can't say since I canceled my order because of the delay and wasn't offered a refund. After that, I just told the kids to enjoy my shake (which was suddenly done at that point) on me, they had said they liked the flavors I chose I when...

We came to this place after hearing about how good the ice cream and shakes were. Our normal ice cream stop at ideal beach was closed, so we came here instead. I was so disappointed in the customer service. Multiple girls who worked there gave snotty looks and eye rolls when I asked simple questions about what to order. Not once did I see them smile or treat other costumers with kindness. They all seemed so annoyed and put out. It was the end of the raspberry days weekend and I’m sure they had been very busy, but it really was a bummer to finish our trip with that kind of service.
