Out To Lunch — Restaurant in Lakewood Township

Looked at online rating: 4.8. So decided to have breakfast here. Opened at 730am, I was the first customer. You place your order with cashier or kiosk. Self service coffee. Little deceiving on line said cappuccino But it's from powder in coffee machine, Not from an expresso machine. Only had whole or low fast milk. No half and half. Had soy milk. House blend coffee was okay. Breakfast served on a paper plate. Home fries deeply fried. Omelette- some of the onions inside the omelet was actually cold. I went to throw out my cup and plate. Had cup in left hand and plate on right hand. I took 3 steps and the plate collapsed, My quick reaction was to place the cup under the plate to stabilize the plate.

As I was leaving. Employee stocking plastic cups behind cashier counter, a cup fell to the floor. The employee picked it up and placed it with the other cups. Through out the cup please! Bathroom toilet needed to be cleaned. I was the first customer Bathroom should be clean and it was not.

We arrived at the height of lunch hour. Despite that, everything moved like clockwork. Flawless order placement, with personnel assisting courteously and professionally both behind the counter and on the floor. The actual meal was terrific! The ambience is friendly with ample seating.
