Tita’s Kitchen — Restaurant in Lamesa

Coming from Houston it’s hard to find amazing and genuine Mexican food when I go out of town. This one was the best I’ve had hands down, the food, the staff, and overall hospitality of the place make it feel like home. Take the suggestions from the staff and you won’t be disappointed. Every lunch I’ve had no matter how busy it got I never felt like we got looked over or pushed out the way, they make it happen, I appreciate yall for making me feel at home even so far. Definitely will visit again once I get the chance.

I wish they were more transparent with their pricing we paid $17 for an asado plate and $17 for a beef quesadilla however on the menu they were listed at 12.99 and 11.99. I asked them why they over charged me and all they told me was the prices have gone up for various reasons. We ordered sausage egg and cheese burritos and the cheese was rancid and you could smell it. Took them back and they kept saying it was good when they were told to smell the cheese they threw a fit and gave the money back and told us not to go back. You tell me what kind of owner does that?
