I need to brag about This business! Deb is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America. She is a classically trained Pastry Chef not your average home baker. South Charlotte is very lucky to have her talent in our area!! Debbie makes beautiful and delicious cakes for my family. Everyone looks forward to this Debs Sweet Creation!! Our current favorite is her vanilla cake with strawberry filling and strawberry buttercream. The cake is always soft and yummy, the strawberry jam filing Deb makes from scratch is dreamy, the strawberry buttercream is perfection. No words could adequately describe the talent of this lady. I first heard of her when I saw a graduation cake she had made for a friends son. Si ce then we have order cakes for every function from her. I have a few here but there were many more… my son’s graduation from dental school. The tooth cake was amazing. Deb’s cakes are not only gorgeous and beautifully designed but taste amazing. So fresh and moist. She created and made a cake for a bridal shower for a family member. It was a pice of art.
