Don’t come here if you want friendly service. My family and I were vacationing in NH for the weekend and decided to order dinner from here. We placed an order online for pickup and figured as well as understood we would be probably waiting a longer amount of time for our large order. After placing the order they called us and said it’s gonna be about an hour wait and told us to arrive at a said time. We were very friendly and understanding. We arrived for pickup at the given time by the employee who called us, so I called to inform them we had arrived as the online ordering instructed to do. They told us it would be a little while longer….okay no problem.
We wait over 30 minutes. When they finally bring the food out, one of the employees had a very negative energy and attitude towards us. I thanked them over and over but received little response. I then handed the other girl their cash tip and said thank you again. right before we pulled away, the other employee that had been rude, shouted at us while standing right in front of the restaurant, “thanks for the $_ tip!”. She continued to yell something else but I began to tune her out because it was conflict we did not want while the young children were in the backseat.
I am in food service/customer service myself and have been for over 8 years. I know how to tip my fellow service people. They were receiving a fair tip. Regardless of that fact, it was very unprofessional behavior. I know what it’s like to receive NO tip on a large order but I also know how to act towards the customer regardless if they tip or not. I understand people have bad days and maybe it was being taken out on us. But if that’s the case, just go in the back and swear up and down about me after I leave for all I care, but maybe don’t scream at me in front of your business. Not impressed. Treat others as you want...
Read moreMy coworker and I went in while in New Hampshire on business and ordered a white pizza with grilled chicken and broccoli Thursday for lunch. A very sweet lady came from the back of the kitchen and took our order. She was so pleasant and helpful with any questions we had. The wifi was out so we had to go get cash from an ATM. She was very apologetic. We have had white pizza with broccoli and grilled chicken before from other pizza joints and it was good but this one was amazing. We watched the girl who had just waited on us go to the back and cook on what I'm assuming was the grill all the way in the back then went over and made our pizza. It took approximately 17 minutes for our pizza to come out. It was perfectly cooked. There was just the right amount of cheese and garlic which balanced all the flavors of the chicken broccoli and feta. Any other time that I have had a white pizza it is very greasy and this one was not greasy at all. Our pizza was perfect, the service was wonderful, the restaurant was clean, and the lady doing the front making pizzas and running around doing other duties was absolutely amazing. I wish that I could recognize her by name but I did not catch her name. She had a cute little girl about 12 that was sitting there watching cartoons who called her mom.
To "AKA mom" Thank you for making our experience wonderful!!!! we most definitely will be back if ever in New Hampshire again. That was the best pizza and the best...
Read moreEdit: So I found out you have to order your pizza light cooked to not have it burnt, So with that knowledgethe pizza was good! Still got yucky mozzarella sticks with my most recent order - like they were old (same as my previous review below) and not made to order.
So bad! I ordered a small pizza and mozzarella sticks, was told 30 minutes, I got there right a 30 minutes and it was ready, took it home (heat blasting in my car) the pizza was burned, hard and just inedible,. The mozzarella sticks tasted like they were from a convenience store and had been sitting in a warmer for 8 hours - my whole dinner was just not edible. So disappointed.
Edit (after restaurant replied) to add:
The above order was placed at 7:30pm on 11/15/24 (Friday night), and there were so many staff members just standing around. I do believe that you don't use warmers, I just don't believe those mozzarella sticks were freshly made. I find it all just so strange that the food was this old tasting in that short amount of time. I'm just not sure how the pizza got so overcooked in the 30 minutes I was told it would take, while the mozzarella sticks were old tasting. And you're saying everything is made to order. Maybe it was so close to the end of the shift that the workers just made a bunch, or someone canceled an order, so I got them.
old review: I deleted it because it was no...
