We waited for our food for a half a hour in the parking lot, we came through the drive thru for a reason to get our food and go, we were disappointed and did not report it we decided to give them another chance, only to be disappointed again. We went through drive through on lunch break. I only had so much time to get my meal and go. AGAIN SLOW service, and our mcflurries only 1/4 full, i did not have time to go back in and correct the order. I talked to manager he said just come back in and he would fix and replace our order. So today we went inside. It's dirty, and service is slow and needs a lot of work. The tables and floors were dirty in play place. Tables were dirty in lobby. Trash was on floor. Floors were dirty where workers were working.the bathroom was absolutely filthy. I watched a worker as he was taking a ladies order turn and wipe his nose on his shirt and continue on. The reason I was there was to have my mc flurries redone because the day before my cups were a forth of the way full. When I got and explained they made us 4 new ones. But this time they were unmixed it was like eating vanilla ice cream with very little toppings. It was disappointing since there was hardly any people there. The employees were simply standing around and talking. They could have been cleaning and actually working. I was sad to see Landers McDonalds in such terrible condition and could have been better if people knew how to work and not be lazy. It was like they were being paid for standing and talking. How sad it was to see such laziness. And for it taking so long to get our order it was like all the employees were in snail mode. They acted as if they worked to hard. Although they had done practically nothing. I hope this place is fixed and changed. But for now I will not enter that disgusting place that is suppose to be a "fast" food restaurant. There is some major needed fixes in how the employees work and there pride. This one of my families favorite places to go, especially my kids. But we will not be going back do to...
Read moreI was here at this McDonalds around 11:45 on 7/20. We ordered 4 items. When we got to the first window, the person taking payment read the items back to us and we denied a receipt. At the next window they handed us a bag with food that was not ours. Mistakes happen, but we told them and handed back the bag. Here is where the issue is. The boy running the second window brought us an older woman who asked about the order. She said that the order we were handed was the order we paid for and asked us for the receipt. We told her we did not get a receipt, but told her what the order was. She told us we had paid for the order that we were handed rather rudely. We were then told to pull up. They then left us up there for 5 minutes with no explanation. Eventually they sent a young lady outside who was so polite. It was pretty gross they had a hairy situation and didn’t tell the girl what happened and sent her out to potentially angry customers who were told they had paid for the wrong order. We verified it was the right amount with our credit card and it turned out fine, but I’m disturbed that this woman was so rude to us in the window. Then afterwards she sent out a teenage girl to face to face the consequences...
Read moreI used to believe that if you have been to one McDonald's, you have been to all of them. That is the allure of the place, the comfort of familiarity. After visiting this McDonald's however, I have learned that I was mistaken. Visiting this restaurant is basically like playing Russian roulette only you have a 1 in 6 chance that they will get the order right, so it us a game of how will they mess up my order? If I order a cheeseburger without a meat patty, am I going to get a cheeseburger with no cheese or just the meat patty? Is my diet coke going to actually be a regular coke? Will I get my French fries? Or my personal favorite - will they pull up my $7 order that I placed on the app, delete everything I ordered and then add the $35 order from the car in the next drive thru lane to my order and charge my card? Granted after arguing with them for nearly an hour, I was refunded the money, but who thinks "hey, I just worked 13 hours, let's go spend an hour at McDonald's arguing to get money I should not have been charged so I can go home and find out they screwed up what I ordered originally?" If that is your idea of fun, come to...
